Why won't pictures save to my SD card? LG Phone

[AC Question]

About 6 months ago I got a LG Spirit 4G running on Android. Recently, I changed my settings so any new pictures I take automatically get saved to my SD card. I thought everything was going well until I realised any picture I take gets scrambled and is unviewable or gets wiped off my phone when I exit the Gallery App. I've tried clearing the cache and data of the Camera app but to no avail. Is there anyway to fix it? If I save the pictures to my phone all my storage space is just going to get filled up straight away

I think it's an issue with your SD card. Try putting in another one and see if it helps. HTH
