why my phone is switched off by itself..????

my galaxy s4 is switched off randomly and when i restart it there battery becomes 0% and they could not switched on without charging..

Perhaps your battery is bad and needs to be replaced. Is it capable of holding a charge for any length of time? How long can you normally run your phone on just the battery?
