Why is there no sound coming out of my LG Tribute?

[AC Question]

My phone was working just fine until last night, then the sound went out completely. I can't listen to my music, make phone calls, and it doesn't even click when you tap on the screen. Also, when I try making a phone call the phone freezes and I have to pull the battery just to restart it. Any suggestions anyone?

If may be worth doing a Backup & Reset. Let us know if you need advice about backing up thoroughly.
