The Victory 3 is a low-cost LTE device with a decent 6.5-inch screen 2GB ram. I guess you could buy 6 Victory 3's compared to the COST of the new HTC or Samsung devices.
NO the Victory 3 is NOT a rocket ship like HTC or Samsung but my needs are only for a good device running a clean version of Android 5.1.
Bloat is held to a minimum.
Root and ROMs are at the present none existent but a low bloat phone cures the need to change much.
