Samsung S6 Unresponsive

I left my S6 on the charger last night, when I woke up I found the phone to have a solid blue light indicator and a froze black screen. I have tried the volume down\power button method for 15-20 secs, and also tried holding down up\down volume, power and home button simultaneously for 15-20 secs but neither worked. Phone was working fine last night and no changes have been made since it was working
