Can't see TIFF files in file explorer

[AC Question]

I downloaded 2 TIFF files, each over 200MB. I want to delete them, but I can't see them in the file directory. I only see them when looking at the directory inside a TIFF viewer app. And, the app doesn't allow anything but selecting a file to view. Is there a way to adjust settings to see these TIFF files, so that I can delete them?

Have you tried plugging your phone into a PC and deleting them that way?

Not yet. That would have to wait until I am home later today. Was looking for an app that would show the files in an explorer-like window in which I could select and delete the files. Hopefully laptop will see the files later...

I've already deleted them, but I tried close to 8 or 9 from the play store. None of them saw the files. I could only see them by using a file converter app. But, for unknown reasons, the app crashed whenever trying to convert the files.

Oh my bad, I misinterpreted your reply. I subscribed to this thread so let us know if you get them deleted on PC.

Hmm, I did a quick search and it seems they can be tough to get rid of even on a PC.
