if you delete the widget will you lose the app also

looks I have too much widgets and no room for updates, I would like to run updates
my phone and I don't have enough space. I deleted some old apps but I have a lot
of widgets I didn't know I had if I delete the widgets will I lose the app

If you just delete the widgets from the screen, you don't erase the app, but you don't gain any memory either.

I recommend that you uninstall all the apps that you don't need or use anymore.
Also, download all pictures and videos to a computer or external memory.
