[AC Question]

Good morning, I'm trying to log back in to my moto g (3rd generation) due to the phone was not functioning properly : not receiving calls, notification bar not dropping down in full and not showing any notifications, clear cache and data also, uninstall apps and uninstall updates that needed to be uninstall and started over. However reaching the point of factory resetting my device now the last sync emailed address is not being recognized how do I get to fix this??????????????

Welcome to the forums. Have you tried resetting app preferences? This sometimes helps with Google account and Play issues.
