I recently bought a Samsung Galaxy S6 “G920FD 4G Dual SIM” phone. The phone works well, but with one issue. All my contacts numbers are starting with +61 and then the number as this makes it easier when travelling overseas. The issue is when I am in Australia and receive a call, the phone doesn’t show the name, it shows the number of the caller starting with 04 and then the number. If I replace “+61” with “0” in my contacts, the phone shows the name of the caller.
I checked this issue with my daughter’s S5 phone, and found that her phone shows the name of the caller when she has “+61”.
Does anyone know a way to fix this issue? I do not want to have two entries with and without “+61” for the same contact.
