Why i m getting so many adds on my mobile

I am using Sony Xperia C2 right now,i don't know what apps in play store i have downloaded to cause this armor ads that keep asking me to download them.The pop up carry on about 3-5 min ,even when i am on my home screen.Please help me.This pop us is killing me.Thankyou.Appreciated if anyone is able to help me.
