Why is the ripple affect on my 6 edge + not working in can not figure this out please help.

I tried almost every in settings to fix this problem lockscreen I just trying to enable the ripple affect on the lock screen but cannot figure it out.

Hi, do you have a pattern / pin / fingerprint security enabled on the lockscreen, if you do then the ripple effect won't work. You need to have "swipe" enabled as the screen unlocking method.
