Samsung Galaxy S4 will not work

[AC Question]

I have just been to the Samsung shop to have a look at why my phone will not start. They tried to flash the software and now I have a screen "Coin Mode" I think it says. Following are the details: Current Binary: Samsung Official, System status: Custom, Knox Kernel Lock: 0x0, Knox warranty Void: 0x1, CS0-Config-LS0: 0x30, Write protection: Enable, eMAC Burst Mode Enabled.
The screen has a large message saying "Firmware upgrade encountered an issue. Please select recovery mode in Kies & try again.
Tried to get into Kies but it does not even recognise my device even though i have always used it to back up. Please Help!

Hi, you should take it back to the Samsung shop you took it to in the first place. They caused the error you are seeing so let them try and fix it.
