Since 2 weeks back, I been having this problem. I thought it was the cable but I tried even the authentic ASUS cable but it still doesn't charge when its on. I read few forum stating that this a common problem with ASUS phone. So i switch it off and charge, been doing it for the past week or so.
When i switch it of and plug in the USB it vibrates and shows an empty battery icon, after a while it goes off and vibrates again and shows ASUS powered by ANDROID screen then it goes off again and shows USB is connected with white color full bar and it goes off again, vibrates and shows USB is connected with red color full bar.
This continues again and again, after about 4 to 5 hours the batter may only been up by 10 to 15 %. Please do help me.
