Marshmallow upgrade fails - Samsung Edge

[AC Question]

When attempting tup upgrade to Marshmallow on my Galaxy Samsung Edge, I get an error 404 and the installation fails. Any ideas?

You may have to do a factory reset prior to updating your phone. However if you are close to a Best Buy which usually has a Samsung service counter, you can bring it to them and normally they will update it for free!
