Phone died while filming, can I save the video?

AC Question

Hi

I had my phone set up on a little stand last night, making a video for work. It was filming for maybe half an hour none stop and then died. I turned my phone on this morning and the video is in my gallery but the thumbnail is just a grey square and when I click on it it says the video is in an unreadable format.

I tried to put the video onto my Mac. I dragged it onto desktop and the icon appears straight away but once the Sync Manager stops copying the icon on the desktop disappears.

Basically it looks like the phone didn't finish encoding(?) the video and now the file isn't complete. Is there something I can do? I'm uploading it to my Google Drive to see if I can get it onto my computer that way and will hopefully play about with it on there, is there any software that's good for this?

Thanks!
