wont recognize sd card

i bought a 64gb kingston sd card but my lenovo tab 3 pro wont recognize it it worked when i first put in but nothing now so i formated the card to an exfat but still no joy

You may try to put your sd card to the card reader and try it on computer, I do have same problem last time, but unfortunately the SD card is damage as I can't read the card even with the computer.
