problem accrue within 15days of delivery

I purchase moto x play in Nov 15 from flipkart within few days sound problem came like no sounds came out from alarm,game,music as well as phone ring at the same time video run in slow motion and "tak tak " sound came out from back side bottom area.i told same to flipkart but they sent software to me and I ran it as per their guidance and they told me that there is no problem from our side so no replacement than after I visited Moto service centre RAJKOT they told same to me and reset my phone.now same problem accursed in May-16 and I visited moto service centre RAJKOT 70km far from my city they told me to change motor board .means this is serious problem but they are not solve it properly.now question is I asked flipkart for replacement within 30 days of purchase but they ware not replace it,so now how can I get replace my phone?
