[HELP] internal memory images and music don't show up in apps but they do in file explorer

i have no idea last night it was working all good, i think i cleared some data from du speed booster i didn't exactly see what i was deleting but i deleted alots of junk and cache and thumbnails, so maybe some important file also got deleted in the process all the files are still there in es file explorer, i tried everything like deleting .face and .nomedia files (but there were no files like that on my phone) and i tried a few media rescaner apps nothing worked but the thing is when i open my camera it shows the recent pics and also another gallery app called piktures shows all the files and videos but the gallery,facebook,9gag,play music all only shows sd card files, i even installed a fresh new rom

Lg g3 running android 6.0.1 CM13 Nightly build
