Run out of storage on my S4 Mini

Device storage is 8gb and I have a 29gb SD card. System memory is 2.58gb and used space is 5.26gb. Applications take up 7.18gb and I have moved what I can onto the SD card. There are apps on my phone that I don't think I use and wondered about uninstalling them to free up space. These are some of the ones:

Google Play Services (156mb), Story Album (91mb), Group Play (63.55mb), Galaxy Apps (62.54mb), Trip Advisor (61.70mb), Samsung Link (53.16mb), Google+ (49.46mb), Hangouts (43.37mb), POLARIS Office Viewer 5 (41.38mb).

Is anyone able to tell me if I'm able to safely uninstall any of the above please.

Hi, most of the apps you've mentioned above won't let you uninstall them, long press on them, the ones that will allow you to uninstall will be fine to remove.
