T-Mobile roaming did not work in Europe but the plan was supposed support it.

AC Question

Samsung S7 Edge with T-Mobile would not send or receive text or voice in France. Roaming was enabled on the phone. Mobile data switch was on . Text messages received a return message..."Free MSG: Unable to send message - Message Blocking is active. Anybody else get this?
