Why can't I access my play store, Google has a problem communicating with the servers??

[AC Question]

I have tried-
1) date and time are correct
2) none rooted phone (was before a hard factory reset)
3) tried getting the new update from apk mirror, didn't work at all (my last 3 digits where 440)
4) my data and WiFi are perfectly normal as I tried to to connect with another WiFi which did not work.
I do not want to root this phone again
My phone- Samsung s6 edge plus.
Please help me
