i have a zte Prestige and my screen turns black after 30 seconds

When I turn the phone on I can see my apps&main screen but after about 20 seconds the screen turns black and I have to go threw my recent apps you know how it pulls up on the side screen of what you have did with recent apps.well that Google is hoe I have to get to stuff in my phone.when I unlock my phone it's supposed to go to my main screen with all my apps but it's goes to a black screenn.please help
