Can T-Mobile employees and managers access your call history when they want too?

Can they access your call history at any time without your permission?

I suspect they have rules in place that prevent them from doing so, without a. your permission, or b. a court order. Why would they do this? And why would a T-Mobile employee risk his/her job just to look at your call history?


Edit: I'm sure you have heard them ask you, for permission to look at your account so they can better assist you when you call in!

The short answer is yes they can. The long answer is they would be risking their job if they do so more than likely they wouldn't.
