Performed update today and now my phone will not work properly.

I did the update today for my new LG G4. Since the update my phone is buggy, slow, and will not connect to wifi. I called LG and they did not help at all. I restarted, took out the battery, restarted in safe mode, etc. Nothing. Any thoughts?

Try a factory data reset
Press and hold the Power and Volume down buttons on the back of the device.
When the LG logo appears, quickly release and then re-hold the Power button while continuing to hold the Volume down button.
