My phone won't connect to the server

I have a Blu Studio 6.0 HD unlocked phone with Tracfone service. On Wednesday, there was an OS update. After the update finished, there was no phone service. After spending a considerable amount of time online with Tracfone, it was decided as a last resort to do a factory reset. After the reset, there was phone service, but when I attempted to go to the Play Store to download the lost Apps, I get the error message, "Can't establish a reliable connection to the server". Subsequent resets have done nothing to solve the problem. I have tried to connect through Wi-Fi, through mobile data, date and time are correct, have tried the YouTube work around, and nothing works. Any help will be appreciated.
