My cell phone got switched off suddenly and now it isnt getting switched on

I was taking a video and suddenly my cell blinked twice and got switched off. I tried it again but to no avail. It isnt getting switched on in any way. How do I switch it back on?

What phone do you have?

How low was the battery whilst you were taking this video? It is possible that the device shut down due to low battery. I'd recommend putting it on the charger overnight and see if it turns on again once the battery is fully charged.
