How do I know my Gallery Pictures have been moved to my computer. I can't find them anywhere.

I have a USB port in. The pictures come up. The prompt says select. I do that. And no other prompt comes up to move them to computer. It just says clear, then select back and forth. I have looked everywhere for the photos. I am doing this because I keep getting a notice on phone saying your storage is critically low. I have removed all the apps I possible can and still...storage is critically low. Help!

I don't recognise the way you are trying to do this. You just need to copy and paste your pictures from your phone to a location of your choice using Windows Explorer
