A year ago I bought a Moto G 3rd gen. It was working really good until 2 weeks ago, when I noticed the phone only charges the battery when it is off.
When the phone is on, I can leave it pluged to the charger for many hours, but it doesn't charge at all. If I unplug it and turn it off to plug it again to the charger, I can see the charging icon turns on and the phone starts charging.
I already did a factory reset and I still have the problem. Any idea how to solve it? Any app I could use/help to define the problem?
