how to remove privacy password

hi my cherry mobile flare s3 power has privacy i cant input a password i tried to reset and format nothing happened and then from the laptop cant read my android because of the privacy password what will i do??

Hopefully you've setup device manager. It will allow you to change the pass code on the device to gain access. You're still locked out if you don't have all of the following even after a factory reset : internet connection on the device, and the original gmail account with password.
