increase my internal storage and ram galaxy g5

I have had my phone 2 weeks already 75%internal storage and 70% ram used with only basic apps installed can i add to this ??

No, this can't be done on any mobile. The RAM shouldn't be an issue as Android is way more efficient then Windows, for example. You could add an SD card for your media to free up some internal memory. Perhaps you should return the phone?
