Samsung Galaxy Tab S can I completely erase everything

[AC Question]

So considering the fact that no one on this entire website could help fix my problem where my device wouldn't wipe / turn on because of a boot loop, I need help completely erasing EVERYTHING on the device and pretty much putting it back to square one, but without having to actually turn it on and stuff. So I am able to go into download mode, and with that being said is it possible to plug it into a computer and just get everything off it and install the firmware again?

Welcome to Android Central! Sometimes there is no good solution for a bootloop, especially if it's a hardware issue.
