Possible virus on my phone?

Keyboard takes anywhere from 30 seconds to 2 minutes opening and closes at random while typing, plays a certain notification sound that isn't even stock for my phone (I believe Samsung based sound on LG Mobile) and hides home touch buttons & notification bar 3 minutes into intensive full screen operation such as playing games, rebooting 2 minutes after swiping the screen to reveal the buttons/bar stops working. Often times touch controls will seize, keeping the previous touch in the same position on the screen for anywhere from 1 to 3 minutes, activating secondary characters and cutting off swipe gestures with the Google Keyboard. As well as this, overheats and charges very slow when it never used to. My phone model is the LG Risio (LGE LG-H343) and I did recently drop it in a puddle but got it in rice almost immediately after. I don't know if it being minute rice will have any adverse effects, but just figured I should mention that.

It sounds like damage, either impact or water or both, rather than a virus.

Welcome to Android Central! I agree with belodion. Do the problems persist in Safe Mode? https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-11127. The steps for the G2 should work on the Risio.
