Galaxy Tab S2 - cant get by the unlock screen

[AC Question]

Got a software update this morning. Now when I power up to the home screen, it wants me to unlock with fingerprint and takes me to a screen to update fingerprint and sceondary security. However, this screen is frozen- swiping tapping --nothing works! Locked on this screen - cant go anywhere from here. Have restarted, powered off and on, and still same thing. Any suggestions?

Try clearing the system cache
