Help! Why does my phone think it's completley out of space?!

I have a motoG android phone and i cant have any apps because it says i don't have any storage left. All my photos are either on my drive or SD card. I dont even have service in my phone I just use a free texting app. I have no idea what could be taking up so much space on my phone but I'd super appreciate any help I could get!

You can go into settings - storage and the phone will tell you what's taking up all the memory...
