how do I remove the "emergency call touch and hold" from my LG G3

phone calls 911 when phone is in a shirt pocket, front pants pocket and back pocket.
I'm going to get charged if my phone calls 911 by itself again

Do you have a unlock pattern or pin on your device? It seems as though your screen is staying on longer then it needs to. Tap the power button before putting it in your pocket and see if it changes anything. If it does, then there is an app called tasker that is complicated to learn, but plenty of tutorials that can probably help with locking your device when in your pocket.
