How do I get my Google account on your a vivo phone from China?

I got a new phone from China(vivo V3M max) , it works well but i can't sign into a Google account, please help I rely on Google a lot. I've tried installing packages that put a Google log in option in the account section but they don't help, every time I try to log into Google it says checking info and keeps loading.

Welcome to Android Central! It probably has to do with the phone not being certified for Google Play, since it was intended for the Chinese market. You might just have to rely on the mobile web interface for Google services.
