my LG FLEX II does not turn on nor charge

I recently had my LG FLEX II for a year, working perfectly till today it just stop working, no response. I have done various things such as holding every button for a good while, charge it over night, connecting it to my computer( and still no response, just beeping every second.) and now im just considering taking it to a local cellphone repair shop, also its no longer covered by warranty, and i have yet to disassemble it. so if anyone could give me suggestions and help, i would be grateful, Thank you.
