I was given a galaxy s7 and I want to unlock it to use on sprint. Can you tell me how I do this?

Sprint store took two Sim cards and couldn't put my Sprint service on it. They said it had to be unlocked further.

If it's a Verizon phone it's not locked. If it's branded by AT&T or TMobile, it's locked.

If it's locked you have 2 choices - buy an unlock code on eBay or put it on whatever carrier it was designed for.

You won't be able to use it on sprint. Even if it's unlocked. Sprint has very special bands and also doesn't allow unlocked phones on its network (minus iPhone and pixel)
