i can't get my lenovo tab2 a7-30 started after reboot on (no command), can you help?

i am using lenovo Tab 2 A7-30HC
after i allowed lenovo system update it went off to reboot, ever since it switched to no command, i tried to reboot,as well as other options i got from no command but still it can't lunch.
