'My Files has stopped'

[AC Question]

My phone is Samsung J2. When I open 'My Files' it says 'My Files has stopped'. What can I do to fix it immediately? I really need to access some files there. Could anyone give a help?

Welcome to Android Central! Go to the App Manager and see if there is a My Files app listed. (You might have to tap the Menu button and tap Show System.) If you see it, select My Files, then Clear Cache/Clear Data. Now try it again.

Same problem here. Already tried to clear data and cache and yet my files stopped again.
