Why cant my apps connect to the internet?

Basically, the apps on my phone, such as youtube, facebook, even gmail, do not connect to the internet. But the google chrome browser does. I've already tried restarting my phone, trying other networks, and even disabling IPv6. I dont have a battery saver besides Mcafee and that hadn't caused any problems in the past. I tried a fix from a few years ago where manually entering the date would solve the issue. I tried turning my data off as well. The apps all work fine with 4g just not with wifi. I have a droid Turbo, it is not rooted, I've had it for a yer or two now. If anyone can offer some advice for how to deal with this that'd be amazing.
