Samsung Gear S3 ATT LTE...want to move it to Verizon

[AC Question]

I just moved over to Verizon from ATT. I purchased the LG V20 and have it carried by Verizon.
I still had a tablet carried by ATT with its own phone number so I purchased the S3 Frontier LTE thru ATT since Verizon does not carry the S3 yet and cant say when it will.
My question is...can I carry the S3 over to Verizon and have it linked to my Verizon number and avoid having 2 numbers with the problems associated with that. Or will the ATT LTE S3 not be compatible on Verizon. I can always use the BT features I guess but would like the full functions associated with having it carried in Verizon. It seems the S3 with LTE would just be considered a phone by Verizon but it has a built in Sim card I am told. Any tips are appreciated.

I sort went the other way - I have verizon but purchased a T-Mobile version - but yes you can get the number to work atleast incomming - I actually did a video on it here - https://youtu.be/7Vax2c1YSys
