why my phone gets switched off?

Actually i have xiaomi mi4i phone and i have 10400 mah mi power bank. When i charge my phone to the power bank my phone gets switched off. But i have other smartphone also which works perfectly with my power bank. When i charge my phone to some other power bank its also works perfectly. I just want to know what's the problem exactly and how to solve it....
