i guessed right, it should be some kind of static electricity, i put wet bicarbonate of soda on the screen, and i left it there for about 5-10 minutes, then i wiped it off smoothly and slowly to avoid scretching my screen, guess what, the screen is no longer pressing itself..............
BTW, wet/muddy soda not dissolved, to avoid liquid flowing into your phone

furthermore, i realised when i used a certain charger of mine, this static electricity of self pressing is returning. so i started charging on my PC as it is earthed, all the new self pressing that had returned vanished. so i recommend anyone who encounters this problem use a new charger that is earthed or just charge on a PC or laptop

Interesting. Was it happened only while it was plugged in, or even after you unplugged it? I've seen issues where the touchscreen malfunctions only while charging, which I think could be due to faulty shielding of the charging circuits, thus allowing the resulting electromagnetic field to affect the touchscreen performance.
