stuck at odin donloading..... Samsung gts7562

Was trying to flash recory stock Odin device is stuck at booting can I hard reset it now or anything

You can't partially flash a ROM, you have to flash the entire thing. So restart it (hold the power button in for about 30 seconds, or until it restarts), then run Odin (with the ROM loaded into it) again, and let it finish. And make sure it's the ROM for the gts7562 for your country, not the ROM for some other model or some other country. Firmware for Samsung GT-S7562 - SamMobile has a list of them.
