Nexus 6P Auto Rotate slight off

[AC Question]

Just curious if anyone has this issue. i bought a "new other" 6P on Ebay that on the exterior really looked brand new.

One issue I have is a small percentage of the time, i open up and app and opens in the wrong direction. Might happen once every two days. Not always the same app.

I'm still in my 30 day return window. Other than that, phone is perfect. Does this happen to anyone else?
