Okay guys, don't be mad because I see this question has been answered plenty around the net, but unfortunately, I still can't figure this out. *Sigh*
Now, I'm on a Kyocera c6740n. (Hydro Wave, I think)
And I've done the things that I've seen suggested on forums, two problems. Still isn't working. I went into settings and made myself a developer but the option to turn on the tuner doesn't show up. Here's where it gets really annoying, a couple times when I've gotten up outta bed I've come back to it being in split screen!! So apparently it's already turned on, but I just can't figure out how to do it. Holding the recent apps button doesn't do anything, and trying to drag them up from that screen doesn't either.
Someone fix my stupidity plz.
