my ematic tablet stuck on boot up loop dont know how to fix it

i cant find anything the ematic company is useless and i want to fix it so if anyone has some ideas or knows how to fix it please help ive taken the battery out and thta still didnt work anyone have an idea.

I've done some researching and can't find a solution. It seems like others have had the same problem without a way to reboot or enter recovery, there isn't a way to reset it. Seems like others have the same issue.
