I don't know the passcode to my Samsung Galaxy S5, how do I get in?

It also is glitches so we never I turn on the phone, it goes instantly to the alternative pass code screen, but I can't go back to the lock screen to sign in any other way. I tried to restart and take out the battery, but it looks the same.
