My S7 Edge was repeatedly restarting so I eventually opted for a factory reset. Now I cannot access the phone because it will not even let go on wifi. It says "Unable to connect to WiFi AP. An unauthorized factory reset has been performed on this device. The sign-in screen cannot be accessed." Can you please help?
